ICF-Certified PCC Executive Coach
Since 2014, I have been supporting leaders and managers working in complex international and intercultural environments.
Trained in France, the United States and Germany, I built my professional career within major international organisations. These multicultural experiences enabled me to develop strong expertise in interpersonal and relational communication and are also at the heart of my passion for intercultural dynamics and self-awareness.
My systemic and intercultural coaching approach is designed to broaden perspectives and take into account the different dimensions of each client’s professional, relational and cultural context.
My belief is that meaningful, aligned coaching requires a holistic approach, one that deepens both our understanding of the environment in which we operate and our self-awareness.
To support this, I draw on my international career and multidisciplinary training, combining key cultural dimensions of management with perspectives related to wellbeing and emotional intelligence.
I work with individuals and teams in complex, multicultural and constantly evolving environments. My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the resources they need to grow, make conscious choices and develop a leadership style that genuinely reflects who they are.
An Intercultural Approach
A Humanistic Approach
A Systemic Approach
A Solution-Focused Approach
Throughout my career, I have trained in a range of approaches that enrich my coaching practice. I do not view them as methods to be applied mechanically, but as different lenses that allow me to tailor my coaching to each individual, context and objective.
These frameworks offer complementary perspectives for understanding individual patterns, relational dynamics, team interactions and challenges related to leadership and interculturality.
The approaches and models that inform my work include:
- Intercultural Coaching & Global Leadership — Philippe Rosinski’s Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) and key intercultural management models, including Hofstede, Trompenaars, Hall, Bennett and Lewis.
- Systemic & Relational Approaches — systemic coaching, Transactional Analysis and Schulz von Thun.
- Self-Awareness & Individual Preferences — MBTI, Enneagram and NLP.
- Leadership & Communication — feedback, communication and leadership development.
My training as a Heilpraktikerin in Germany further enriches my practice by giving me a broader understanding of how people function and of the interplay between physical, emotional and cognitive dimensions, while strictly respecting the boundaries of coaching and its ethical standards.
Since 2022, I have collaborated with CapKelenn as a certified Sales & Retail Coach and Trainer. In this role, I deliver training and provide individual and team coaching for managers and sales teams.
My work helps them develop a leader-as-coach mindset, strengthen communication, empower their teams and build sustainable sales performance while enhancing both the employee and customer experience.
Through these assignments, I have supported managers and teams from Louis Vuitton, Gucci, ZEGNA, Roche Bobois, Pro à Pro and METRO.
Since 2019, I have regularly collaborated with Humboldt University of Berlin, delivering training programmes and workshops for international students on intercultural topics, communication and career development.
I have also supported doctoral researchers and scientists at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in their professional development, particularly in the areas of communication, career development and collaboration within international environments.
